MSA Beef

Zack’s Grill @ Berntis aims to bring you the best dining in the mountains.

As you sip on a big red wine after a big day on the slopes be assured that you can wait with confidence for meat that is guaranteed tenderness. We are a MSA licensed restaurant and use mostly MSA beef sourced throughout Australia. MSA beef is a tenderness guaranteed grading program. All MSA graded beef is labelled with a guaranteed grade and recommended cooking method to identify beef eating quality according to consumers. All participants in the program are licensed to use the Trademark and certify products via an approved Quality Management System in accordance with the MSA Standards Manual.

Our beef is sourced from producers in Queensland and Tasmania, who take great pride in the tenderness of their product. Seafood is of course, the freshest from the South Coast of New South Wales. Poultry and vegetables from the best local suppliers, cheeses from Tasmania, Victoria, & Italy chosen to compliment the rest of the menu.

We endeavour to make the finish of a big day on the slopes both enjoyable and memorable.
